Binn and beach with DMU

The train was the reason we moved to Burntisland (my Dad got a new job in Edinburgh in 1976 and he commuted every day), the train station and the cheaper housing being the reason we moved to Burntisland in the first place, also I spent many happy hours on these DMUs going back and forth to the exciting city over the water, whose blinking streetlights I could see from my Burntisland bedroom as I closed the curtains at night. So it's nice to see Burntisland with a DMU again."
