The Fife Free Press is the weekly newspaper for the Kirkcaldy area, which includes Burntisland. Burntisland Local News

The Fife Free Press is always keen to receive news from local organisations in Burntisland, and we know that local folk are keen to read it. For you and your organisation, there are all the benefits of appearing in a widely read local newspaper. It's a great opportunity to tell everyone what you're doing and what your plans are.

You can send me your news by email. You can also drop your news off to me at the address below, which is next to the Best-One (formerly Costcutter) store. Go up the close, and you'll find the secure mail box on the wall at the foot of the stairs. Please see below for full contact details.

My normal deadline for the Thursday paper is 7.00am on the Tuesday for emails and 4.00pm on the Monday for hard copy left in the FFP mailbox at 225 High Street. If you want to send or deliver something to the Kirkcaldy office of the Fife Free Press yourself, please note that their deadline is currently 10.00am on the Wednesday for that week's paper (please see below for address etc). In general, the earlier you submit an item, the better the chance of publication! I can take an item well in advance of the date you want it to appear in the paper if you wish.
